Lessons I Learned From Running



1) That no pain will lasts longer than you can take it

2) That no matter how much you underestimate yourself, you will eventually be able to do twice as much as you originally sought out too

3) That even when everything is going wrong, it is possible to be strong

4) That when you keep on doing something, you will get better at it effortlessly
5) That it is good to be exhausted to the point of helplessness sometimes
6) Sometimes, results of hard work come slowly... but it does come
7) Pain makes you better
8) Your body respects you if you respect it back
9) There is no other tougher competition than yourself

10) Pain is the best reminder how strong you really are
